Colors of Food Tasting Dinner: Ancient Myths & Mysteries
Nature has provided a bountiful harvest of colors - learn how it is so much more than color for your plate. Did you know that each color is a nutrient for your body? Chef Cathy will guide you through this fantastic journey. Learn to create your intentional color palette at home.
A History of the Colors of Beer, Spirits & Tonics
Discover how the history and colors of ancient tonics, brews, and spirits are more than just a matter of flavor. From the Ancients to the Vikings & from the Medieval Monks to Oktoberfest: Taste, Sip & Learn! Non-alcoholic options available with prior notice.
An Adirondack Harvest Oktoberfest Brunch
An Oktoberfest brunch presented by three generations of the Hohmeyer family. From Harvest vegetable strudels to authentic Jägerschnitzels, and of course, don't miss the homemade desserts!
