It's Oktoberfest comfort food time! Learn to make recipes that can be enjoyed all year. Join Chef Cathy as she shares her 35 years experience in making Spaetzle, Sauerbraten, Potato Dumplings, and more. Each Sunday a different theme. Come in person and assist hands on or join in online for some fun.

Experience our fall "Flavors Through Time" dining theme: begin in the 1920s Speakeasy, explore the hidden Beer & Wine Cellar with a large variety of Old World Wines and Beers from around the world. Savor authentic German dishes from Ernest’s side of the family from Heritage Chicken Schnitzel to Old World Sauerbraten.

Our 12 lodgings were lovingly crafted by three generations of our family, each with its own story to tell. With no WiFi, TVs, or phones in our lodgings, we encourage you to unplug from the stresses of daily life and instead plug into the sights and sounds of nature. Families will find a cozy retreat in our two bedroom chalets, where pets are welcome, and kitchenettes and fireplaces provide a warm and inviting ambiance.
