Guide's Cabin is a one-bedroom private chalet with double Jacuzzi, distant lake view, and wood-burning fireplace.
Nestled next to a small stream with a distant, picturesque lake-view, we replicated this cabin from the original “Guide's Cabin” and is symbolic of that Great Camp tradition where key staff and guides stayed on the resort. There were great Adirondack pioneers in the 19th century who truly were your guides in so many ways, from fishing and hunting, to survival skills in the Great Woods. This cabin was built for two, with one-room living/bedroom with cathedral ceiling, Jacuzzi tub and wood-burning fireplace, and defines intimacy in a simple, hand-crafted luxurious way. We often refer to this cabin as our “honeymoon cabin.”
