Explore Tonics & Spirits from 1776

After your ride, be sure you know the password to get into the hidden tavern. Once inside, you can savor special Revolutionary Spirits from 1776, such as the Paul Revere Toddy, American Whiskey Wine, Ciders, Beers, and so much more (we'll have special 1776 Mocktails too!).

Taste the Flavors of the Revolution

Savor a historical tasting of foods from the revolutionary era in the 1886 Dining Room, featuring popular dishes such as Beef Stew, Chicken Fritters, Potato Soup, Molasses Graham Bread, Jefferson Biscuits, Martha Washington Pie, Giggle Water Whiskey Cake, Trifles, and more!

• History of Revolutionary Drinks Tasting: Learn about the fascinating history of early American Spirits, from Paul Revere's ride, stopping at a Tavern for a "Toddy," to ingenious tonics from molasses to ginger, you will taste and explore in a 30-minute, fun, and "spirited" workshop.
• Liberty Cooking Demonstration: Join Chef Cathy for a 30-minute demonstration on how to make George Washington's favorite breakfast item, including a tasting of this revolutionary recipe.
