Begin Your Journey with a Horse-drawn Carriage Ride
Ride with majestic Percheron draft horses through the nature trails down to the beach on picturesque Lake Clear, but beware: you may be "robbed!"
Explore Tonics & Spirits from 1776 in the Secret Tavern
After your ride, be sure you know the password to get into the hidden tavern. Once inside, you can savor special Revolutionary Spirits from 1776, such as the Paul Revere Toddy, American Whiskey Wine, Ciders, Beers, and so much more (we'll have special 1776 Mocktails too!)
Taste the Flavors of the Revolution
Savor a historical tasting of foods from the revolutionary era in the Lake View Dining Room, featuring popular dishes such as Journey Cake, Chicken Fritters, Yankee Beef Ragout, Revolution Potato Soup, Giggle Water Whiskey Cake, and more!

- History of Revolutionary Drinks Tasting: Learn about the fascinating history of early American Spirits, from Paul Revere's ride, stopping at a Tavern for a "Toddy," to ingenious tonics from molasses to ginger, you will taste and explore in a 30-minute, fun, and "spirited" workshop.
- Liberty Cooking Demonstration: Join Chef Cathy for a 30-minute demonstration on how to make one of George Washington's favorite foods (can you guess what that is?!) including a tasting of this "revolutionary" recipe.
