Eagle's Nest Suite
The Eagle's Nest suite is an open second-floor suite with a sunset lake view. It has a spacious open floor plan and features a queen bed with one bathroom, highlighted by a beautiful second-story view of our Great Camp Lake Lawn and picturesque beach from an enclosed porch.
The Details
Eagle's Nest is fashioned in the Great Camp style, as it would have been when Cathy's family first built the Lodge in 1886. A large enclosed porch provides a spectacular view overlooking our Great Lawn and picturesque beach; a simple open floor plan sets the ambiance with a king-size bed, a fold-out couch, a private bathroom, and spacious room for two to three guests to re-energize and wave to our family of loons.

Disconnect from Stress & Reconnect with Nature
Though our location in the woods and on the water creates a rejuvenating destination alone, there is no WiFi, TVs, or phones in our lodgings to ensure a serene stay with a focus on relaxation, mindfulness, and making meaningful connections. We encourage you to unplug from the stresses of daily life and instead plug into the sights and sounds of nature.
However, we understand that complete disconnection may not be an option for all our guests. For your convenience, we provide complimentary WiFi in the Main Lodge lobby and gazebo.
Additionally, cell phone carriers that use Verizon towers do have some service and LTE/data coverage.

The Story
Right off our shore is an Eagle's Nest. As we built the Lake House, we were accompanied by an eagle and its family as if they were watching over us to ensure our construction was worthy and respectfully Adirondack. We think they liked that we built it from milled wood from the property. Residing on the top floor of the Lake House and believing more than once we could touch the eagle as it flew overhead on one of its inspections, we had to call this Eagle's Nest. You can still see eagles accompanying the Lodge. A beautiful one-room suite, it has one of the best views of the Great Camp Lake Lawn, our beautiful beach, and serene Lake Clear. Depending on the time of year, you will be immersed in one of the world’s most spectacular mountain-lake sunsets, and who knows, it may be framed by our resident eagle.

Loons Watch Suite
This top-floor suite has the most spectacular view of our serene beach and Lake Clear. The two-bedrooms with separate kitchen and living room with gas fireplace provide a feeling that you are on top of an Adirondack mountain.

Sunset Pine is a suite in our Lake House, nestled at the edge of the pines. It is the perfect romantic getaway with a private jacuzzi and king bed.
